Kalinga Polytechnic (KP), under the management of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) is the Diploma wing of the most advanced technical institution of the state. Established in the year 1995, it is an ambitious project with the objective to reach the zenith of its glory. The wing has developed itself from strength of 180 students and 9 faculty members in 1995 to reach a mammoth standing of more than 1,000 students just within a short span of 13 years.

Today, Kalinga Polytechnic has earned tremendous goodwill and recognition from all quarters and is acclaimed and accredited as an institute per excellence catering to six distinct streams.
