Dear Graduants,

I am glad to inform you that the 6th Annual Convocation of KIIT University for all the students graduating in the Academic Session 2009-2010 will be held on December 05, 2010 at 10.00 am in the University Campus. I extend to you our most cordial invitation to attend the Convocation and to receive your degree in person. An eminent Nobel Laureate from US and other persons of eminence will address during Convocation.

A full-scale rehearsal of the function will be held on 4th December 2010 at 03.30pm. I wish to emphasize the participation in the rehearsal is mandatory for receiving the degree in person.

Please fill in the attached form and return it so as to reach the office of the Controller of Examinations by November 22, 2010. An advance copy of confirmation of your participation in the 6th Annual Convocation may please be sent through email to coe@kiit.ac.in
