Mr. Bhaskar Mitra is an alumnus of NIFT. He has 10 years of Industry experience in Domestic & International Market. Prior to this he has done a 5 years course in Fine Arts from Akhil Bharatia University. He has contributed significantly in diverse roles across the Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising and Retail Buying functions for some of the leading international apparel and retail brands of the country.

He has contributed to the student community, faculty, under-privileged classes like coordinated training programmes in designing etc for under-privileged woman at Gandhi Smirti & Darshan Samiti headed by Prime Minister of India.

His list of innovations includes, uniform for Indian Airlines, strategic design innovation in School Uniforms under CBSE and High Altitude Design in various Handicraft & Handloom Sector under DC (H) & Ministry of Textile. As a fashion designer he has been interviewed twice in Delhi Doordarshan, his work has been covered by leading national media including Zee -TV, Star, NDTV, leading papers like Hindustan Times Kolkata, Hindustan Times Delhi, Hindustan Times Mumbai, Sananda, Dainik Vaskar & many more.

Being a Fashion Designer he has conceptualized, sourced, co-ordinated and designed many fashion shows like  ATHENA, MUMBAI for the launch of Fashion Magazine called “GURLZ”, Fashion Show in GRAND CONTINENTAL, NEW DELHI, Young Designer contest organized by FEMINA and sponsored by BRITISH COUNCIL and KHADI BHANDAR IN MUMBAI GRAND SAHAR and shows also SPONSORED BY LAKME-SANANDA, GRAND OBEROY, KOLKATA.

Prof. Shrikant Rath is a member IATEFL (UK) besides being a professionally qualified Manager and Engineer; armed with 34 years work experience in business and human resources management including 11 years of working as Communication-Skills  Faculty and Life-Skills Trainer in different educational institutions and corporate organizations of repute (Tata Consultancy Services Ltd etc).

Mr. Susant Bahinipati is a leading Cinematographer of Odia Cine Industry who has worked on numerous commercial Flicks and extremely popular TV soaps and many documentaries in both Odia and Bengali language. Cine Ecstasy awarded him the best cameraman of Odisha for the year 2004. He was also adjudged the Best Cameraman for the year 2005 and 2007 in the popular Beach festival held at Puri.  He had received The State Award for Best Cinematography for the movie “RASIKA NAGARA” in the year 2007. In the recently concluded Annual Function of CHALACHITRA JAGAT (a leading cine magazine in Odisha) he had received the award for Best Cinematography for the year 2009.

He was also instrumental for many popular contemporary Odia Television Serials called “TAASRA GHARA, SANSKAR and GAYATRI’ in the initial years of Odia Tele Programming which is widely acclaimed by the people of Odisha.
