Over and above giving matching pay bands comparable to different IITs, IIMs and other institutions of repute, the university lays due importance to and provides appropriate opportunity for career advancement of its faculty members. All facilities and infrastructural support are provided for carrying out research and consultancy works. Faculty members having research (Ph.D.) degrees are provided with adequate number of junior/ senior research fellows to work under them for leading R & D activities.
